**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Manage processes that determines the best mode of transport and select the best carrier to meet the OTIF (on time in full) requirement for shipments.
+ Ensure the development and continual improvement of systems and procedures for operating and managing human resources, information, physical facilities, and equipment.
+ Conduct weekly meeting to identify, prioritize, and aggregate delivery requirements, balance delivery resources with delivery requirements and establish delivery plans.
+ Handle warehouse management from receiving and verifying materials; picking and packing products to load and ship product, managing inventory turns, execute, track and audit all incoming and outgoing loads, optimizing product and location dimensions to maximize storage capacity, managing organization of facility to decrease bottlenecks and product damage.
+ Manage vendors and stockiest agreement, in accordance to Chevron Operational Excellence and Statutory environmental, health and safety requirements
+ Manage out-bound finished product logistics within given budget, through effective planning and distribution process and improvement of OTIF delivery to ensure the network & facilities meets service levels standards as agreed with sales & marketing and affiliate countries
+ Manage the Order Fulfillment Center and define the standards of operations for the lubricants colleagues within the Order Fulfillment Center
+ Review or work processes and procedures to ensure internal control measures meet the audit requirements.
+ Manage customer service levels and implement processes and procedures to meet the customer’s expectation and reporting of OTIF
+ Identify and pursue cost reduction opportunities, through constant review of processes to achieve the lowest operating costs for out-bound activities.
+ Manage and improve organizational capability and team work and creating synergies across all core functions.
+ Commitment to health, environment and safety and Chevron best practices

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain Management or Business
+ At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, SAP Knowledge (DRP/Demand Forecast planning) would be beneficial
+ Strong supervisory and leadership skills with people management and development
+ Good communication skills
+ Demonstrated ability to identify and build key relationships that contribute to high-class business results
+ Strong in HES and Operational excellence execution
+ Demonstrated commitment to Chevron’s values of integrity, partnership and trust and achieving an incident and injury free environment
