- Perform general and administrative duties.
- To answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and further their enquiries to the correct personal or department.
- Arrange and co-ordinate the incoming and outgoing documentation via courier.
- Check and keep records of transaction of documentations.
- Ensure a systematic and efficient filling system.
- Ensure all documents both hard copy and soft copy well maintain and issued to appropriate person.
- Any ad hoc assignment assign by the Company by time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/ “O” Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s) : Filling System and Document Control.
- Required Language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Work Location : Puchong, Selangor.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday
