Reporting to the  Category Director, you will be responsible for :
  • Planning category campaigns leveraging past data and coordinating overall campaign execution
    • Owning category campaign calendar and ensuring complementary mix of weekly category pushes
    • Crafting campaign concepts and mechanics jointly with category managers
    • Owning and optimizing category campaign layout for easy navigation and maximum customer engagement
    • Engaging Online Marketing team to optimize allocation of marketing budget across channels
    • Coordinating Marketing 360 strategy with Marketing team for big category campaigns
    • Executing the campaign onsite
    • Conducting campaign post-mortem analysis on onsite and traffic performance
  • Owning and optimizing category onsite assets
    • Setting and carrying out desktop and app onsite strategies for the category
    • Optimizing category pages based on analytics
    • Working with category team to give visibility to top brand partnerships
    • Tracking daily traffic patterns for the category and taking actions to drive conversion and revenue
    • Troubleshooting onsite issues on a need basis
  • Taking on projects with aim of making processes more scalable, improving customer experience and conversion.

To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • Minimum two years of work experience in e-commerce, marketing, or project management role
  • Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines
  • Strong ownership and attention to details
  • Passion about improving customer and seller experience
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels preferred but not mandatory
