HR Benefits Specialist (5199/DH)
In order to further consolidate their position as an employer of choice, our client, a large MNC with a sizable manufacturing presence in the region, are looking to strengthen their Human Resources team in the area of Social Affairs.
Leading work in the area of Healthcare, you will focus on identifying areas for investment through detailed analysis of information from the business and healthcare providers. You will create proposals, gain buy-in from the business and lead a team to execute on the work required. You will work closely with GM's, HRBP's and external providers when required.
You will need a minimum of 5 years generalist experience and will have covered work relating to C&B and HR focused Continuous Improvement Projects. You will need to be a strong communicator, able to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
