- To perform a range of clerical and administrative task.
- Assist in data entry, typing letters, filing, photocopying and mailing.
- Liaison with courier companies and despatch for daily incoming/outgoing documents.
- Recording incoming/outgoing correspondences, documents etc.
- Attend to telephone calls.
- To perform other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by the Management.
- Minimum SPM/STPM with or without working experience.
- Able to speak and write English and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Self motivated and pleasant personality.
