- Performs administrative duties for executive management
- Develop a proper filing system
- To obtain quotations and negotiate for best pricing from existing and new suppliers
- To issue Purchase Orders to suppliers as per purchase requisition from Project department.
- To follow up with suppliers on the materials delivery status
- To work closely with HQ purchasing department for all purchasing related matters
- To perform petty cash management, issue invoices and payments follow-up
- To assist in compilation of finance related documents for submission to HQ Finance department.
- To assist in interview scheduling and HR documents compilation
- To compile monthly attendance submission and submit for approval
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
- Min SPM/diploma in business studies/adminstration/HR/Account/management
- Proficiency in Ms Office especially in Excel and word
- Fresh grad are welcomed to apply
- Candidates who can join immediately is an added advantage
