Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To assist in overall administration and operational processes in the Human Capital Management Unit at the Commission

  • General administrative tasks including general office maintenance, coordinating with housekeeping on cleanliness and coordinate with Front Desk Administrator


  • Assist the Manager for Human Capital Development in all aspects of HR spectrum including:
  • Maintaining updated employee records (employee data and leave)
  • Ensure compliance on department policies and procedures by all departments
  • Collect and validate staff expenses claims
  • Assist in maintain departmental policies & procedures manual
  • Assist with recruitment processes
  • Assist to undertake tasks in staff performance management exercise
  • Assist with arrangement of staff training and development
  • Assist to liase with Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) and other related HR Bodies

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience as HR Generalist
  • Well versed with general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment and labor laws
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent communications and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem solving

Education Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
