Continuous Improvement Leader – Your future position?

As the Continuous Improvement Leader you will drive the Continuous Improvement roadmap implementation in the center.  You will support the management of the improvement portfolio, project management and coaching of the different teams on CI tools and methods.  You will also drive capability building in line with the CI CoE.

Solution performance & improvement management : Supports the center and functions to develop & implement their CI Road Map, by facilitating working sessions, clarifying elements and providing guidance, participating actively in the development of priorities and action plans for the Continuous Improvement short- and long-term strategy. Support performance management by coaching the teams on KPI reviews, and problem solving. Provide guidance on consistent KPI frameworks and their presentation (KPI tool). Support implementing CI tools, methods and frameworks. Facilitate the identification of process improvement areas and supports prioritization. Manage the selection of CI projects (project portfolio). Provides leadership for the overall project delivery of the regional and site continuous improvement programs to drive productivity and quality improvements. Coaches managers and project resources on applying CI concepts to executing projects.

Change management and Capability building : Supports center managers in developing the change management plan. Influences the management team and enlists their support in the change journey. Creates an environment for high performance through sound leadership - Challenges existing processes/practices and initiates change. Coaches project teams in effective problem solving. Supports / conduct trainings for different team members.

Governance, stakeholder & controls : Manage link with CI CoE to ensure provision of: CI trainings, central and local project resourcing, project coaching, project monitoring, and certification. Evaluate, prioritize and select relevant CI projects. Monitor project execution.

Your professional profile includes :

  • University degree
  • Fluency in English, additional regional language a plus
  • 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in various roles among Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong knowledge and experience on CI policies and processes; Black Belt / Lean certified.
  • Experience working in transactional shared services in a multinational environment.
