IM&S Spot Buyer– Your future position?
As the IM&S Spot Buyer you will execute tactical sourcing activities. Develop and maintain working relationships with different people: users in the region, local teams responsible for IM&S APAC.

Review and analyze requisitions : working together with applicant’s online users and buyers to identify the best strategies and develop procurement purchase requests
Interact with IM&S Local Buyers in APAC supporting them with the procurement processes that are requested : quotes, market research, price comparisons, etc.
Analyze and Develop : suppliers in the region negotiate terms, conditions and prices; climbing opportunities for improvement; report savings; Manage contracts and agreements smaller regular services
Oversee the organization of internal processes : taking care of the documentation of processes and documents, and working in an integrated manner with other areas. Assist in the maintenance of Category Purchasing Cards

Your professional profile includes :
- University degree
- Fluency in English, additional regional language a plus (Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, Thai or Korean)
- Professional experience: 3-5 years minimum relevant experience in a multicultural Procurement environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Proven experience in managing SAP (MM and SRM)
