In this role, you will

Tasked to profitably grow Schneider Electric’s market share in switchboard manufacturer segment and busduct solutions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
•Responsible for making sales plans to achieve assigned sales target, including revenues, volume, product mix, price, that meet customer need to increase the market share.
•Have proactive pre-sales approach which includes projects follow up, project pipeline creation and continuation in order to build strong business opportunities and demand.
•Have a proactive post-sales approach through follow-up of the on-going orders & products in order to create additional business opportunities from the customer.
•Anticipate customer needs by focusing on a proactive sales approach.
•Analyzing and updating customer information related to the customers, for example on customer’s processes, organization, projects, strategies and visions.
•Ensuring that all the processes, such as ordering process, product launches and marketing-communication plans, customer training and tasks are all properly organized, planned and followed up.



To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent subject.
•Have 2 - 5 years of experience in Sales role in the company of a similar field preferred.
•Ability to work in a multinational environment and within a matrix organization.
•Flexible attitude towards local travel.
•Preferable have working experience and/or good network with switchboard manufacturers.
•Knowledge of the Low Voltage and Industrial products, such as Breakers, Motor protection, Inverter, Signaling preferable and Busduct solutions
•Strong independent worker and customer service oriented, who able to maintain regular contact with sales teams and management from a distance.
•Good communication skills.
