Shah Alam

The resource will have the main responsibility on the human resources management related matters; experience of human resources and administration monitoring to identify areas for improvement initiatives with recommendations and best practices.

 

He / She will be involved in Recruitment & selection activities, Payroll administration and HRIS, training and performance management system coordination, manpower planning and relevant HR analysis report, employees’ welfare, foreign workers management and ISO compliance.

 

He / She is required to work closely with the internal & external customers in related to human resources activities, give support to the Operations team and on time delivery of task according to the company business requirement.

 

The MAIN responsibilities for this role:

1, Payroll Administration and Management for both local and foreign workers

2. Participating local authority matters (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Immigration, KDN, etc..)

3. Manpower Planning and Recruitments activities

4. Upkeep of the employee’s personal files and Insurance related matters

5. Involve in ISO documentation administration

6. Contract management

7. Overseeing general office administration activities

8. Timely issue or employment letter and accurately updating the employees’ profile in system

9.  preparing HR reports and statistics

10. Performance Management activities and coordination

11. contribution of capex and Opex for yearly budget and forecast

12. Special / ad-hoc project / assignment as and when required

 

Job requirements

  • Certificate & Diploma in Business Studies or Human Resources management
  • Knowledge of Employment Act
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry
  • Computer literate - Microsoft words, excel and power point
  • Knowledge of HRMS / Payroll software
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Team Player and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and Positive behaviors
  • Deadlines observance
