- Ensure to take over Information duty and walk in customers at all times.
- To answer all incoming telephone calls for customer appointment according to duty roster.
- Responding promptly to all customers’ request and enquiries in accordance to the performance standards by telephone, or in person.
- Responsibility to assist the Company Loyalty Reward technical problem all necessary information
- To support the Superior, ensure the whole operation runs smoothly and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply
- Must have basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Malay.
- Prefer Chinese and Malaysian citizens
- Working location will be at Mid Valley City.
- Willing to work on public holidays and weekends, take turns for Sunday Off
- Able to start work immediately / short notice
