Job Summary

Directing develops business with relevant customers and suppliers as well as carrying out sales and marketing activities through sales team in order to achieve business targets. Searching for new market and business opportunity, lead, manage, share idea and support Sales team, Implement new business strategies and create reports sales and marketing activities.

Job Descriptions

  • To achieve optimum gross profit according to the agreed budget that the annual sales plan is achieved in accordance with the established sales objectives and strategies
  • Has the overall responsibility of new supplier development
  • Identifies new market sectors and product opportunities for development
  • Develops annual business development strategy and budget
  • Develops new supplier pipelines based on product opportunity list
  • Works closely with local sales team for new supplier development
  • Manages the business development pipeline for new suppliers
  • Analyzes market trends and potential cross selling opportunities and provides relevant information to Account and Business Managers
  • Provide new suppliers’ products training to the sales team
  • Initiate, prepare product & supplier opportunity strategies, presentations and proposals and participate and execute projects related to product quality and process efficiency improvements
  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports in the scope of new supplier development
  • Performs other activities as may be assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • Strong business knowlegde in Home & Personal Care Industry and minimum 5 years of working experience in the related industry for this position

  • Strong analytical & strategic mind-set

  • Able to develop, navigate and execute business plans

  • Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure
