Position : LOAN, CREDIT & COLLECTION EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for loan operations at counter as well as back-end processing.
- Responsible for analyzing and reviewing financial information pertinent to potential borrowers.
- Willing to work extra-miles such to improve current credit policy, credit analysis methodologies such as credit scoring/portfolio, portfolio analysis, client audit, etc.
- Assist in developing, planning and implementations of practices and procedures to minimize loan charge-offs from adversely-graded loans.
- Assist in developing, planning and implementations of strategies to recover principle from borrowers whose non-performing loans have been charged off.
- Responsible in credit/loan administration/management activities i.e. ensuring ongoing update of client files/information.
- Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debts of ongoing loans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft office (excel and word), Communication skill, Time management
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Good working attitude, passionate, energetic, customer oriented and able to communicate with people.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have own transportation will be an advantage.
