  • To source, select, interview, hire and train mystery shoppers 
  • Manage customer feedback through Mystery Shoppers Programme (MSP) and Customer Opinion Card 
  • Manage shoppers' monthly allowance and renumeration and co-ordinating returns of merchandise to stores
  • To travel outstation stores to train and collect merchandise and questionnaires from outstation shoppers
  • Compile Opinion Card and generate reports to be sent out to store operations and management team for reference/ further action
  • Acting as feedback to various departments with reference to service, products, marketing promotions and shopping ambience


  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 year working experience in administrative task
  • Analytical and detailed-oriented
  • Determined and committed towards work deadlines, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel
