Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales admin documentation, Sales and Purchase Agreement ("SPA"), loan documentation, billings by ensuring the procedures and eprformances are in order and in compliance with procedures and policies in the areas of credit control, sub-sales matters, refinancing, utilities, vacant possession and transfer of titles.
  • To update data and provide report on Property Sales and maintain appropriate filing system of purchasers' records, collections and documentations.
  • To perform all relevant liaison with prospects/purchasers/colicitors/bankers and interdepartmental coordinataion.
  • To ensure smooth in-coming & ougoing correspondence/communications via letters, emails, memos, calls, faes in the administrative process.
  • To attend to execution of APA and loan documentation, issuance of letter of understanding to end-financiers, and day to day credit and administration job function/correspondes/activities.
  • To generate progressive billings, reminders and notice of termination to purchasers/end-financiers in accordance to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
  • To ensure timely billings and collection of progressive billings and proper handling of loan documentation.
  • To issue official receipts to the respective parties upon receiving of payment and attend to all related accounting matters.
  • To assist in marketing & sales activities such as sales launching, exhibitions etc.
  • To attend monthly meeting and prepare reports on sales.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Administrative / Business Management.
  • Able to communicate at all levels, ssertive, initiative and encourage teamwork among sales & marketing personnels and administration.
  • Meticulous and sharp with details.
  • A team player, self motivated and able to work in a challenging environment.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, no issues to work on weekends and public holidays for sales events when required.
