Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent, minimum 4 to 5 years experience in  HR generalist, preferable with solid track records of successful implementation of the HR programmes and initiatives, experienced in dealing with diversified business and managing various levels of stakeholders in a MNC environment.

Familiar with the latest update in Employment ACt, ISO9001 or relevant shared service standard. Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to HRIS (particularly in Talent2 & Taleo) is an added advantage. Knowledge in competency-based hiring or use of psychometrics profilling is an added advantage. 

Applicants must based in Damansara Heights and willing to travel nationwide occasionally.

Key critieria to success: i) Prompt HR solutions to each Business Unit. ii) Zero issue/case delay more than 3 working days.

Key relationship: i) Key business Stakeholders ii) Employees

Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and communication, great relationship builder and able to gain credibility quickly.

Primary Responsibilities: Act as an effective HR leader in partnership with the business units leaders from vaious business units in providing broad range of the HR solutions and strategic plans to support the business in delivering the best HR practices that align with the business needs and achieve the business goals. 

Responsible for planning, executive and managing the day-to-day human resources initiatives and operations matters.

Scope of HR Business Partner:- HR Strategy: collaborate with the leadership team on formulating people strategy and initiatives that are aligned with the corporate objectives and based on priority.

Organisation: analyse the organizational capabilities and work with leaders to review and develop the right organizational structure and ways of working for the business.

Employee Relations: facilitate resolution of employee conflicts or concerns. Investigate  allegations of employee's misconduct and guide the management on disciplinary and grievance processes.

Talent Development: drive talent  review process and review with leaders to create individual development and succession plans to improve the human capabilities. 

Manpower Planning: forecast and plan ahead the manpower needs for the business to ensure the readiness of the human resources in meeting the business demands.

Compensation & Benefits: studies the market/competitors trend and the needs of business to enhance the competitiveness of the reward strategies, through liaison with the HR Service Centre - C & B.

Business/Function:- Ensure all the necessary standards and processes are in compliance and alighment of the HR practices across different business units,  Build and sustain an optimal engagement level through effective HR programmes and initiatives in line with business expectation. Implement HR programmes and initiatives for the purpose of enhancing employee's productivity, morale and stakeholders satisfaction within HR policies & system parameters. Collaborate with the leaders in the business to design job descriptions and targets (KPI) in driving the high performance culture through performance management.

Review, initiate, plan and drive appropriate intervention programmes that will promote mindset and behavioral change the regards to any new implementation and practices across the organisation. Handle & cordinate HR related issues such as onboarding, benefits, employment terms compliances, disciplinary issues and exit procedures.

Analyse variances in operations and initiate cost reduction as appropriate for continual development and improvement of HR processes & systems in support of key business requirements. Manage requirement and cost of HR by optimising effective and appropriate human-job for at the respective business unit. Establish strong working relationship with internal and external partners to enhance the effectiveness of the HR deliveries i.e leaders of business unit, local authorities, professional bodies and others. Prepare management reports on acitivity, budget and other adhoc projects to the management.

Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and problem solving skill, good team spirit with ability to work independently in meeting the tight dealines. Possess teamwork and leadership qualities to lead the multi-sites project team & driving HR initiatives. Systematic with ability to initiate improvement on the established policies and challenge today's practices and bring the necessary support to your stakeholders.

Positions available: - 1) HR Business Partner (Elecutive level) based in Damansara Heights, Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

Established international company, 5 day's week work, baisc salary RM6,000.00 to R
M9000.00 neg per month. Transport allowance: RM650.00 per month, annual bonus plan ( performance based), Outpatient medical coverage RM2500.00 per annum, inpatient  medical coverage, employee's insurance scheme, group personal accident, group team life, group hospitalization & surgical, group business travel provided. Reimbursement: toll, parking, taxi, flight & business meal/entertainment provided.
