The Position:  Fresh Graduate Welcome

The Executive – Technical Support will be required to manage incoming calls, emails and chat from customers pertaining to  PCs, Laptops, Smartphones and Electronic products and services. The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English,  Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.



The Requirements for the Role:-

  • Diploma /Degree in IT related disciplines.
  • Good command of spoken and written English,  Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Well versed in Windows Operating Systems and Windows Office.
  • Well versed in Android software and hardware.
  • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
  • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Operations : 24/7                       

The Package :-

· Performance related bonus on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff.

· 15 days Annual Leave / 14 days Medical Leave.

· Medical and hospitalization coverage.
