An excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR practitioner to join a leading MNC in Penang.
Reporting to the Regional HR Head, you will be tasked with developing and leading a wide range of HR Projects to support the overall business strategy. You will implement HR Policies, advise on HR Processes and support HR CofE initiatives in the local site and across the region when required. You will also play an important role in supporting efforts to enhance bench strength, and retain key talents through succession planning and executive development.
As a key resource for the business you will undertake a mixture of strategic and hands on work, you will develop strong relationships with the Senior Business Leaders, providing guidance and advice to in key areas including, Performance Management, Organizational Design and Employee Relations.
You will require a minimum of 12 years relevant HR experience and will have covered and/or have specialist knowledge in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering and Organizational Design. You will have a track record of successfully driving key HR Programmes both in Malaysia and across the region. A strong communicator, you will be comfortable working with and advising Senior Business Leaders, able to influence and gain buy-in without authority.
