KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support SISMA Auto’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies towards achieving best in class customer service
• To develop short-term and long-term CRM goals to enhance SISMA AUTO's overall performance
• To identify areas where CRM can complement and improve SISMA AUTO existing processes
• To manage development, execution and completion of CRM plans to achieve the goals
• To develop instructions and implement internal campaigns to improve CRM adoption and usage
• To support the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT(CEM) for SISMA Auto

The Rooms Controller cum Guest Relations Executive is responsible for managing room inventory, monitoring reservations, and optimizing room allocation while delivering exceptional guest service. This role bridges operations and guest relations to ensure both efficient hotel performance and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Rooms Control / Inventory Management

• Monitor room availability, reservations, and room status on a daily basis.
• Ensure optimal room allocation to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and reservations to maintain accurate room inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly rooms reports, including forecast and occupancy analysis.

2. Guest Relations

• Welcome and assist VIP and walk-in guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate special arrangements for guests (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, VIP services).

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.
• Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.
• Go daily to the port to process custom file submissions. (if needed)
• Monitor and update containers through the port system
• Monitor loading and unloading of warehouses and ports (if needed)
• Handle for import and export (eg K1/K2/K4/K8/K9/ZB1/ZB2 permits required for customs submission)
• Experienced in EDI, Dagang Net and Port VGM submission
• Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS codes and advices duty/tax amount upon enquiry.

The duties of HR Expert – Industrial Relations relate to the human resource and operations functions pertaining to all associates.

Job Scope

• Conduct counselling and coaching for staff pertaining to performance and disciplinary issues.
• Take necessary disciplinary actions including conducting investigation, drafting warning letter  conducting domestic inquiry pertaining to employees disciplinary.
• Perform analysis / prepare related reports on employee and industrial relations and any other areas within the scope.
• Monitor employee issues by analyzing types of misconducts of respective department.
• Monitor behavior and take action to adequately address such concerns or issues to avoid or to successfully defend against litigation.

The Role

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a broad remit spanning employee relations, policy, compliance and related projects. The position partners closely with HR Business Partners to provide expert advisory support, manage complex and high-risk employee cases, and build capability in HRBPs and people leaders to confidently navigate employee relations matters. 

While the role has an APAC remit, the primary focus is the Asia region — and most significantly Malaysia, SEEK's largest hub in the region. The other current Asia markets are Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines. Employee relations

• Provide expert, day‑to‑day employee relations (ER) advice and support to the HRBP team.
• Partner with HRBPs to manage complex and high‑risk cases involving performance, conduct, grievances, and medical capacity—ensuring issues are handled with fairness and empathy, and mitigating risk.
• Conduct and oversee end‑to‑end investigations into complex or sensitive workplace matters.

This includes the transparent, accurate, and timely dissemination of financial and business information to the investment community.
