1. Planning of assembly processes flow considering manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate
with project team to seek and strive for minimizing product cost through design and
process optimization.
2. Support in the RFQ calculation; calculate and provide investment needed for standard
assembly process modules.
3. Define equipment specification in accordance to product specification. Plan, purchase
(with supervision), setup and release manufacturing cells on time, at budget and with
desired requirement.
4. Involve in each project stages to evaluate equipment and process performance.
Formulate technical and/or performance reports by collecting, analyzing and
summarizing information and trends.
5. Identify and establish process specifications, maintenance strategies and other
manufacturing documents required for line release activity.
6. Conduct problem solving methodology in assembly processes and equipment. In
meantime also developing troubleshooting guide and training of technical know-how to
technician.
7. Actively participate in system CIP on value disposition as in S-Q-C-D (Safety, Quality,
Cost & Delivery).
8. Provide effective countermeasure in technical flaw encompassed with corrective and
preventive action plan.
9. Study, evaluate and improve the technical capacity and capability in assembly
processes accorded to customer’s demand.
10. Continuously strive for higher and sustainable OEE, FPY, MTTR, MTBF.
11. Emphasize the intensity of team work culture in VSO (Value Stream Organization)
moving towards operational excellence.
12. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials, components, and finished goods according to work instructions and SAP records.
• Pick, pack, pre‑package, and deliver materials to production points of use or shipping areas.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, or other material handling equipment
• Inventory & System Transactions
  • Perform material movements, goods receipt, goods issue, and inventory transactions using SAP and handheld RF scanners.
  • Assist with periodic and cycle inventory counts and resolve material discrepancies.
• Safety, Quality & BPS Compliance
  • Comply with Bosch safety rules, 5S / 6S standards, and material handling procedures. 
  • Identify, escalate, and support resolution of material flow, equipment, or BPS system issues. 
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and visually managed work areas (boards, logbooks, labels). 
• Equipment & Continuous Improvement
  • Operate and perform basic checks on forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, and other handling equipment (license required). 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow efficiency and workplace organization.

• Responsible as the line/process quality for the Sensors and ASICs production line. Ensure the line/process is complied with quality requirements. Interfacing with Process/ Equipment Engineer.
• Responsible for the product quality for Sensors and ASICs, internally and externally, including incoming product quality issues and customer issues. Interfacing with Product Engineer, Simultaneous Engineering (SE) Team, Central Customer Quality Engineer and/or Central Supplier Quality Engineer.
• Responsible to key in report, generate quality notification in SAP such as Q-Info, Delivery Release and QM-View.
• Responsible for the problem-solving coordination and moderation for the quality issue internally and externally as Problem Solving Expert.
• Responsible as the SPC coordinator for the Sensors and ASICs line.
• Support as PgP5 Internal Auditor, including audit execution, closing and effectiveness verification of audits focus on IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Support any external/customer audits, including follow-up and closing of related OPL.
• Support department 6S activity.
• Support change management 4M checklist verification.
• Support lessons learned activity. Sharing input to the lesson learned plant coordinator. 
• Support MSA study, including review of MSA study reported by Process/Equipment Engineer.
• Support Daily Leadership Meeting for any quality issue regarding Sensors and ASICs line.
• Responsible for return materials to supplier, including the improvement of the return process.
• Responsible for IB process for return material from customers.
• Responsible for continuous improvement in the area of responsibility.
• Execute any other related duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.

• Develop embedded firmware which run on Bosch products.
• The developed embedded firmware shall base on test requirement from customer, internal engineering and manufacturing.
• The embedded firmware shall be able to interact with manufacturing and engineering test system via physical interface such as Serial, Ethernet, and USB
• Work closely with embedded firmware team in Malaysia and Germany in order to achieve common product development goal.
• Assist global engineering team to perform HW-SW integration bring up during development phases.
• Assist global manufacturing sites in troubleshooting manufacturing related problems.
• Provide postproduction and failure analysis support.
• Collaborate as project team member on Software design matters.
• Capture and evaluate customer, internal requirements and vehicle specific interface requirements. Identify suitable concept in terms of functional, technological and effort.
• Adhere to Bosch Software Engineering Process as e.g.:
  • Perform requirement reviews, design reviews and code reviews.
  • Perform unit testing and release of the software according to SW release process.
• Develop the SW design taking into consideration the dependencies to other module and integration into the overall system.
• SW programming using both standard and proprietary software tools and libraries.
• Create SW test specifications and protocols, if necessary, develop test SW. Executes test plans to ensure new software meets specifications, functionalities and performance requirements.
• Analyze failure logs, clarify system problems and resolve design issues.
• Develop and produce technical reports, design analysis and documentation in support of designs.
