Learning & Development.

  • Maintain accurate records of payment and follow up closely on payments.
  • Track employee participation and completion of learning programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training hours and certificates issuance.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person training sessions.
  • Assist with HRDC submissions and claims.
  • Create training brochures or any graphics related to the training program for the employees.

Quality Management System.

  • Support QMS implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of QMS policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with ISO standards and company guidelines.
  • Document control: Assist in managing and maintaining accurate records of QMS documents, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality- related data to identify trends, root cause of issues and opportunities for improvement Present findings to the quality management team.
  • Training support: Assist in the preparation and delivery of QMS training materials for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of quality standards and procedures.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with relevant automotive industry regulations and standards, as well as company- specifics requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in compensation & benefits function- provide support in various C&B tasks as required, including data entry, document preparation, and administrative coordination.
  • Manage performance appraisal form- Ensure all signed copies are collected and accurately filed in the respective employee's personal file.
  • Manage promotions forms- Track and file all signed promotion forms in employees personal files in a timely manner.
  • Manage confirmation forms- Ensure all confirmation forms are duly signed and properly filed in personal files.
  • Manage memorandums (Memos)- Organize all memos with the necessary supporting documents (e.g., proposal) and ensure proper filing.
  • Maintain employee personal files- Transfer all active personal files to archive files as needed.
  • Ensure all documents are filed properly as required.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in human resource or business management or equivalent.
