💼 Role: E-Commerce Manager / Senior Manager
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategies to drive market share and manage P&L for online channels.
- Oversee daily operations and optimize performance on marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to optimize acquisition costs and ROI.
- Improve product listings through SEO, pricing, and visual enhancements to maximize conversion rates
- Track key metrics such as traffic, AOV, and ROAS to drive data-driven decision-making and journey optimization.
- Implement CRM strategies, loyalty programs, and email marketing to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure stock availability and smooth order fulfillment.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and Google Analytics
- Experience with D2C platforms like Shopify is a plus
- Proven track record of managing successful e-commerce platforms
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital tools
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
