Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and coach field mechanics to deliver timely, high-quality service.
Plan and schedule manpower and resources for optimal service delivery.
Serve as the primary customer contact, confirming service details and managing requests.
Collaborate with Parts Warehouse to maintain resource availability.
Monitor job progress, resolve scheduling conflicts, and address customer concerns.
Track and analyze service performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
Manage warranty claims, including documentation, submission, follow-up, and resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
Diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant experience OR SPM with minimum 8 years in a similar role.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of service operations, safety protocols, and contamination control is an advantage.
Experience handling warranty claims and service documentation.
Ability to analyze data and improve team performance.
