Job Summary:
Overseeing maintenance operations to ensure cost efficiency, operational reliability and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Operational:
- Manage operational execution of maintenance activities including budget planning, training development, inventory & asset control and establishment of long term departmental policies and direction;
- Coordinate during internal and external audits (ISO, Safety, Quality) by providing technical evidence, explaining maintenance actions and lead implement corrective actions to close audit findings;
- Coordinate to develop annual maintenance budget and long term cost planning;
- Review maintenance contracts, service agreements and vendor quotations for cost efficiency;
- Manage inventory through stock level review;
- Manage departmental alignment with organizational goals in safety, cost efficiency, production performance and manpower development;
- Monitor KPIs related to safety, cost and human development and propose improvement initiatives;
- To collaborate with maintenance operation teams to ensure equipment reliability, safe operations and smooth production performance
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering with CGPA 3.5 and above;
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Plant Maintenance or equipment reliability;
- Possess extensive experience in Maintenance Operations Management, including preventive and predictive maintenance strategies;
- Skilled in cost and resource management, inventory control, and asset management;
- Proficient in implementing Kaizen and Lean maintenance methodologies to enhance operational efficiency;
- Demonstrates strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities;
- Excellent communication skills in English, complemented by outstanding presentation abilities.
