Job Description
This role sits at the heart of our Fibre wholesale ecosystem, driving strong partnerships with Access Providers while ensuring seamless operational execution, commercial optimisation, and contractual governance. You will act as the single contact point between partners and internal teams, balancing growth, service quality, and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
Partner (Access Providers) business management:
- Manage and strengthen business relationships with Access Providers for FTTx (Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre To The Office ( FTTO)) and wholesale services.
- Enhance wholesale business models by introducing new services and improving commercial offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HSBB Access Providers, handling outages, address updates, and operational matters.
- Collaborate with Access Providers to resolve daily operational issues and escalate critical or unresolved items when necessary.
- Lead regular meetings with Access Providers and internal teams to review performance, track issues, and clear long-standing items.
- Work with internal teams and partners to optimize processes and improve sales-to-installation conversion rates.
- Identify and share new FTTx build opportunities to support network expansion.
- Develop proposals for new wholesale pricing models and secure management approvals.
- Coordinate with Finance and Fibre Operations to resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes.
- Internal Stakeholder Management
- Attend weekly operational meeting and understand key challenges faced by Fibre operational team.
- Follow up with Technology team for any capacity sizing on Service Gateway, backhaul capacity upgrade till completion.
- Work together with Commercial Planning on Business Forecast for Home Fibre business.
- Contract Management
- Review all terms within Access Agreements.
- Participate in internal and external discussions on new contracts and addendums.
- Coordinate with Legal on agreement terms and NDAs with Access Providers.
- Lead the finalization of contract terms and ensure agreements are completed, stamped, and properly stored.
- Monitor contract timelines to ensure timely renewals before expiry.
- Negotiate new terms or addendums with Access Providers as required.
Requirements
- Candidates with any professional degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in business partnership management is preferred.
- Strong interest in handling business partners and manage business relationship.
- Self initiative is a must to follow up on projects and manage internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Power point for business presentation.
