Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries through live chat professionally.
  • Provide end-to-end guidance and basic troubleshooting for users.
  • Help users adopt new features by preparing simple, clear educational content (PowerPoint).
  • Escalate unresolved or technical issues to the appropriate support.
  • Stay updated on product changes to deliver accurate information.

Team & Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Customer Service Manager.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product & Tech Support Teams.

Must Have

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written); other dialect is a bonus.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • At least a Bachelor degree.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ year in customer service, tech support, or chat-based roles.
  • Experience creating basic instructional material (e.g., PowerPoint slides).

Work Arrangement & Perks

  • Chat-only role — no phone or in-person customer communication.
