To check and ensure security documentation for housing loans is in order and complete in accordance to the terms of the letter of offer/letter of advice and Bank’s guidelines and policies and to ensure timely release/drawdown of the said loans with the objective of ensuring compliance of all approved terms and conditions imposed by relevant approving authority within the turnaround time (TAT) without compromising on the Bank’s interest and assisting GCB to achieve its revenue budgets of the Bank.
