We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to support lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth for a B2B SaaS company. This role is ideal for candidates with early sales experience who want to grow in tech sales and business development.
- Identify and qualify leads through calls, email, and research
- Engage prospects and support deal conversion
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Update CRM and sales pipeline records
- Work with marketing on lead generation campaigns
Requirements
- 02 years in sales, SDR, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic CRM or SaaS sales knowledge
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Bachelors degree preferred
- English required; Mandarin/local language is a plus
