We are looking for
Service Delivery Engineer, who is responsible for providing Level 2 operational support for enterprise network, SD-WAN, server, virtualization, and cloud environments. The role focuses on incident management, technical troubleshooting, change implementation, security compliance, and service availability while ensuring customer SLA commitments are achieved
Make an Impact by
- Provide Tier 2 operational support for enterprise networks, SD-WAN, servers, virtualisation, and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents involving routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, Windows, Linux, and VMware.
- Implement approved network, system, software, patching, and maintenance changes in line with security and change-management procedures.
- Monitor service availability, system health, capacity, and performance to meet customer SLAs and maintain reliable operations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and prepare incident reports and preventive actions.
- Maintain technical documentation, support 24x7 operations when required, share knowledge, and mentor junior engineers.
Skills For Success
- Graduate from Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related course
- At least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure
- Strong capability in networking, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and SD-WAN.
- Ability to administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, change implementation, and root-cause analysis skills in production or 24x7 environments.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with internal teams, customers, vendors, and junior engineers.
