As part of Enterprise Service Delivery & Operations, this role owns the operational health of managed system, network and hybrid-cloud services. You will lead 24x7 NOC delivery and act as the Tier-2 escalation point, protecting service continuity, accelerating restoration, strengthening engineering capability and building customer trust. Your work supports Singtel Group's ambition to deliver dependable digital services that help enterprise customers operate with confidence.
Make an Impact by
- Lead daily NOC operations to maintain continuous 24x7 monitoring and support of system, network, and hybrid-cloud services.
- Coordinate shift engineers, handovers, escalations, and work priorities to meet operational procedures and service commitments.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, incidents, and service requests to ensure timely response, resolution, and service restoration.
- Act as the primary Tier 2 escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, working with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Improve team and service performance through technical coaching, incident trend analysis, risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills For Success
- Graduate from Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems
- Minimum 2-4 years of IT Service Management and Network, Systems environment
- Strong technical capability across networks, systems, VMware, storage, virtualisation, and hybrid-cloud technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents and apply ITIL incident, problem, change, and service-management processes.
- Experience supporting NOC, data-centre, infrastructure-operations, or managed-services environments.
- Ability to lead or mentor operational support teams in a 24x7 environment while managing competing priorities.
- Capability to support public-cloud services across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and work effectively with customers and vendors.
