Role and responsibilities
Build / monitor and maintain existing data pipelines - you don’t have to be a technical expert, but you will get to grow your technical depth over time!
Oversee product usage metrics and customer health indicators
Acting as the “data quality police” - validating data inputs and flagging discrepancies
Team Org & Culture
Reporting to either the Head of KL office who is leading the core data product, or Head of Engineering who has relocated from EU to KL, while working alongside other analytics engineers and business data analysts across KL and EU
Entrepreneurial and ambitious team from KL and EU, which include ex management consultants
The engineering hub in KL (15 staff) supports software development, data engineering and analytics
Must-have skills
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python in data processing, transformation etc.
Strong curiosity and enthusiasm working with data
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have
Domain knowledge in cargo aviation
Experience with Pyspark / Databricks / AWS cloud infrastructure
Background in customer success, customer-facing analytics
