Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with over 10+ years of focused expertise in Life Insurance & Annuities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in policy administration system implementations for global clients. This role requires a deep understanding of architecture and technology management, making it essential for the candidate to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the analysis, design, and implementation of policy administration systems for life insurance and annuities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Oversee the architecture and technology management aspects of projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable and sustainable.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- 11+ years of experience in Life Insurance & Annuities, specifically in policy administration system implementations.
- Strong expertise in architecture and technology management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with global clients.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience in change management and user training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Insurance are a plus.
- Strong understanding of life insurance and annuity products and their operational processes.
