Role Purpose:
The Communication & Relationships Specialist plays a key role in driving strategic communications and relationship management for Integris Capital by building trust and engagement with high-net-worth clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Ensure all communications, presentations, pitches, speeches, and content outputs effectively represent Integris Capital's brand, value proposition, and commitment to excellence while supporting business growth and long-term stakeholder relationships.
How We Work
This is a full-time, 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working
hours.
- Time zone: Indochina Time (GMT+7)
- Morning shift: 8 AM - 12 PM; Evening shift: 8 PM - 12 AM
- Total of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
- Occasional overtime following the US business hours.
What You Will Do
Communication and Relationship Management- Manage professional communications with clients, investors, and strategic partners across email, messaging platforms, virtual meetings, and other communication channels to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Draft, review, and refine correspondence to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company objectives
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement.
Presentation & Pitch Development- Prepare high-quality presentations, investor materials, proposals, speeches, and pitching decks.
- Translate business information into compelling narratives and professional visual presentations.
- Support executives during meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
Content Management & Quality Assurance
- Oversee and guide the content development team in creating high-quality communication materials.
- Review content outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and professional standards.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
What You Bring
- Background: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field; OR 3-5 years experience in stakeholder communications, client relations, executive support, or investor relations (real estate industry preferred).
- Language & Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with investors and stakeholders
- Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in business writing, presentation design, content review, virtual communication platforms, and stakeholder relationship management tools; highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Preferable Skills: Well informed and up to date about the market and finance trends; knowledge of real estate investment structures and property management operations.
