Job Description
- Drive product sustaining activities including yield improvement, test optimisation, and cost reduction
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from engineering phases through ramp to volume manufacturing
- Manage product test flows, EVT/DVT activities, and ensure test readiness prior to production ramp
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product excursions and quality issues via material review boards
- Take ownership of yield ramp and margin improvements, partnering with operations and development teams
- Provide technical and operational leadership within project or programme guidelines
- Define and review project documentation and requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and resource alignment
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, equipment development, or maintenance
- Strong knowledge in:
- Product definition & yield analysis
- Wafer processes & semiconductor fundamentals
- ATE/SLT testing methodologies
- Project management
- Proven experience working in cross-functional environments (test, manufacturing, quality, FA teams)
- A proactive, independent, and resourceful team player with strong communication skills
