Overview
To facilitate and assist end-to-end feedstock procurement operations, ensuring efficient supply, regulatory compliance, and accurate tracking of feedstock movements while supporting commercial activities and supplier relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in feedstock supply commercial activities, enhance supplier relationships and govern feedstock supply commercial procedures and requirements.
- Assist the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including DAP internal applications, E-reg registrations and issuing purchase orders.
- Support monitoring open purchase orders and contracts for Pompa and K2 to support inbound purchase planning.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure all documentation aligns with contractual, sustainability and ISCC requirements.
- Prepare customs clearance documentation for import shipments and maintain the inbound feedstock master data for audit traceability.
- Execute MPOB feedstock purchase transactions and ensure all SIMS entries for purchases and movements (to Storage/Plant) are completed within 48 hours.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance for all feedstock movements and transactions.
- Track deliveries and update shared tracking files to maintain real-time visibility and data integrity.
- Coordinate feedstock handling and quality reporting, ensuring any irregular findings are promptly escalated to the sourcing team.
- Collaborate with HQ (HK/Singapore) to process supplier payments and provide accurate finance forecasts for cash flow management.
- Manage month-end reporting, including finance updates on pending receipts, payments and in-progress deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive supplier database and track record to protect data integrity.
- Support the Operations Managers on ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as required.
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in feedstock operations, procurement, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and sustainability requirements (e.g., ISCC, MPOB).
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and documentation handling.
- Experience with supply chain systems (e.g., SIMS, SAP or similar platforms).
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills with suppliers, procurement, and finance teams.
- Ability to manage data tracking, reporting, and ensure accuracy under tight timelines.
- Understanding of customs clearance processes and import/export documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with finance teams for payments, cash flow forecasting, and month-end reporting.
- Capability to handle ad-hoc operational tasks and support management projects.
