Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Corporate Affairs, Project Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in Executive Support, Executive Office, Business Operations, Project Coordination, Corporate Affairs, Special Assistant, or similar roles supporting senior management
Experience supporting senior management, directors, or C-suite executives will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on assignments, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to stakeholder communication requirements.
Willingness to attend meetings, events, or business engagements outside normal office hours and travel when required.
