Key Responsibilities – Service Supervisor

  1. Manage customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  2. Respond promptly to service requests and complaints, ensuring high service quality.
  3. Supervise and coordinate tasks across product groups, service teams, and daily operations
  4. Prepare service reports, monitor KPIs, and track spare parts usage.
  5. Manage company equipment, tools, and service vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance.
  6. Provide technical support for heavy equipment and machinery, assist technicians with troubleshooting.
  7. Support team development through performance evaluations and training.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in construction machinery.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage field operations.
