This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end import and export logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across global shipments. The position also supports reporting, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.

Description
- Manage full shipment lifecycle including air, ocean (LCL/FCL), and specialised transport
- Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders for shipment planning and execution
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation and ensure accurate system updates
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues, and escalate where necessary
- Track service provider performance and support KPI monitoring
- Manage reporting activities including cost analysis, KPI tracking, and operational performance
- Verify freight costs, invoices, and manage cost discrepancies
- Handle claims, operational issues, and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
- Support process improvements, documentation updates, and system enhancements
Profile
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Good communication (speak, read & write) skills in English and Japanese (min JLPT N2)
- 1-3 years of experience in import/export operations or logistics coordination. Fresh grad are welcomed to apply.
- Exposure to working with logistics service providers
- Experience in SAP TM or similar transportation systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
- Salary: Up to RM5,200 per month
