- Provide operational support to the Sales team by managing travel arrangements, including preparing proposals, handling reservations, ticketing, and customer coordination.
- Oversee project activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to budgetary requirements.
- Arrange group and individual flight bookings, accommodation, and other travel components, as well as preparing cost breakdowns and proposals for corporate clients.
- Monitor invoicing and payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and process refunds as needed.
- Facilitate effective resource allocation and manage equipment and information for seamless project execution.
- Plan tour guiding schedules and coordinate with service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Track and report on project milestones, ensuring that all documentation is properly organised and maintained.
- Act as a liaison with clients to define project goals, scope, and expectations.
- Lead domestic and international tours when required, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client and company information, adhering to data protection policies.
- Support participation in industry events such as travel fairs and exhibitions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for billing and payment collection, avoiding unauthorised credit practices.
- Adhere to internal Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to their consistent implementation.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales, with proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for meetings or events.
