Job Description
Hiring VAPT Engineers (IT) for on-site Malaysia roles or remote engagements. Prefer candidates with up to 30-day notice. Primary tooling: Tenable, Qualys.
Responsibilities
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for IT assets
- Run and analyse Tenable / Qualys scans, validate findings and produce remediation guidance
- Document findings, produce PoCs where applicable and provide risk-based recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering/ops teams to verify fixes and support remediation lifecycle
- Contribute to process improvements, scan policies and automation for recurring checks
Requirements
- 4–5 years hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
- Strong experience with Tenable and Qualys platforms
- Working knowledge of network, host and application security testing techniques
- Good reporting skills and ability to communicate remediation steps to stakeholders
- Willingness to work onsite in Malaysia or remotely depending on project
