About The Role Support the day-to-day operations of client accounts to ensure smooth client business integration and drive growth of clients
What You Will Deliver
Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
Develop business and trade plans (Marketing Mix) in coordination with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability
Develop comprehensive channel and category strategies by analyzing market trends and customer needs to optimize pricing and product mix.
Design and implement effective distribution strategies to ensure maximum market penetration and availability of products across all relevant channels
Manage business integration process for new clients to ensure smooth client integration
Gather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in the service level agreements
Explore any opportunities of new business for existing clients by working with Business Development team; manage the contract renewal process
Take necessary actions to resolve clients' operational issues/service complaints
Manage and schedule business communications and business review meetings with clients' management teams
Act as front-line DKSH representative with the client management team to facilitate ad hoc operational issue resolution, escalating to senior management as appropriate
Act as a DKSH representative to communicate all other necessary issues to clients' management teams
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing and to maintain an optimal balance level, with all outstanding cleared promptly.
Manage inventory levels with close monitoring on stock balances, near expiry stocks, and excess inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
Manage supply and demand forecasting to ensure accuracy by collaborating closely with the sales team to develop plans and build effective forecasts aligned with the Customers' Business Annual Plan.
Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals
Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning
What You Bring
Minimum Degree holder in related discipline based on the function's requirements
Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role
Minimum three years’ experience in a managerial
Demonstrate strong understanding of clients’ industry/ business/products
Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
Proven project management skills
Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken. Able to speak in Chinese is an added advantage as will need to liaise with Chinese speaking client.
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
