Job Description

  • Operate CNC machines according to production requirements and technical drawings
  • Set up tools, materials, and machine parameters before machining
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure product quality and accuracy
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet specifications
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working area

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and machining processes
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Familiarity with measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail

Experience Needed

  • Experience in operating CNC machines is preferred
  • Experience in the mold, tooling, or manufacturing industry would be an advantage

Other Requirements

  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
  • Willing to work overtime when required
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
