About Our Client
A globally established organisation with a strong Global Business Services Centre in Malaysia, supporting supply chain, logistics, and export operations across international markets. As part of ongoing expansion, the team is looking to strengthen its export management capabilities to support cross-border shipment execution and international trade processes.
Job Description
- Manage and process export orders across multiple business units.
- Prepare and validate export documentation (e.g. BL/SWB, COO, COA, MSDS, packing list).
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with transport teams, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Handle discrepancies, delays, and operational issues related to export shipments.
- Monitor delivery timelines and ensure service level commitments are met.
- Execute export processes in SAP and maintain data accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Export Management Professional Should Have
- At least 1-2 years of experience in export management, logistics, or international trade operations.
- Hands-on experience in export shipment execution and cross-border processes.
- Strong understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle shipment execution rather than purely documentation or coordination.
- Experience managing operational issues and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate situations and solutions.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is an added advantage.
