Summary

Job Description

To supervise production operation to achieve target output by maintaining clean & safe workplace.

Job Responsibilities

Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
Maintaining communication between employees and the Management team to ensure procedure and policies are well-understood.
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources to prevent production interruption.
Compliance with quality of products and to initiate AAR or CAPA if any quality issue arises.
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team.
Assisting in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications

Education level: At least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline (knowledge in ISO 13485 – advantage).
Year(s) of Experience: At least 3 years in Supervisory level.
Capability: Proficient in MS Office & Machine handling.
Language: English, Malay (Japanese – Advantage).
