Job Description

Responsibilities

The Country Lead will hold full responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the business, with a focus on growth, customer engagement, and execution excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive revenue growth and overall market performance
  • Lead and execute commercial strategy across a specialised MedTech portfolio
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers, including specialists and healthcare institutions
  • Manage a hybrid model across direct and partner-led channels
  • Optimise pricing, positioning, and go-to-market effectiveness
  • Own financial performance including forecasting and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance within a regulated healthcare environment
  • Act as the senior representative to key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of leadership experience within medical devices, surgical MedTech
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering full P&L performance, including driving short-term results and long-term growth
  • Experience in hospital-based, clinically driven selling environments
  • Exposure to distributor or channel-led models
  • Commercially sharp, hands-on, and execution-focused
  • Credible stakeholder manager with ability to influence clinicians and partners
