What You’ll Be Doing
Manage
inbound and outbound
customer interactions across various communication channels.
Deliver

What We’re Looking For
Minimum qualification:
SPM or higher
.
Strong command of
English
(written and spoken) -
B2 Level and Above

Excellent
multitasking

skills.

Able to adapt to

Willing to work on a
24-hour rotational shift

weekends

1 year of customer service or airline-related contact centre experience
