What You'll Do
- Software Development: Design and develop software solutions based on architectural designs and business requirements, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain full-stack applications using Spring Boot, Java, and React, integrating both front-end and back-end components.
- Technical Aptitude & Problem Solving: Troubleshoot coding errors, optimize application performance and apply software development best practices to enhance system reliability.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and storage while assiting in database design and performance tuning.
- AI/ Gen AI Awareness: Explore AI/ Gen AI applications in software projects and understand how AI can be integrated into business solutions for innovation.
- Best Practices & Documentation: Follow coding best practices, including unit testing and proper documentation to ensure efficient, maintainable, and high-quality software development.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
What We Look For

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate with 1 year of working experience and knowledge in software development, understanding for enterprise solution / application development will be an additional advantage.
- Understanding of insurance products, processes in business operations, analysis and solutioning will be an additional advantage.
