Job Title: Endpoint Support Engineer

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Imaging client-provided laptops with the client’s operating system
  • Supporting initial and basic hardware troubleshooting of laptops
  • Coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs
  • Providing console access for switches, routers, and firewalls to the client
  • Collaborating with the client for configuration and troubleshooting of network issues
  • Maintaining the hub room, cabling, and rack according to client-agreed processes
  • Managing assets, inventory, and PAV
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills for effective client management
  • Job Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Basic knowledge of laptop and operating system issue troubleshooting
  • Installation of software
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity troubleshooting on endpoints
  • Coordination with support teams
  • Basic understanding of network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Good communication skills in English and the local language

Nice To Have Skills

  • Knowledge of routing and switching
  • Experience in asset management
