Job Scope:

To manage, improve and monitor process yield and quality.
To liaise and support various departments of the organization to acquire information needed for project completion/customer enquiry.
To prepare 8D and improvement reports.
To provide monthly quality improvement report to customers.
Update FMEA, control plan and work instructions.
To provide disposotion of on-hold reel and investigate the cause.
To follow up on daily line manufacturing activities and provide solution for any process issue that may arise.
Perform on-site visit and verification at customer plan to resolve quality issue.

Requirement:

Bachelor of Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
